OWNERSHIP

• i. NFT Ownership: Each Vanta digital collectible constitutes an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you acquire an NFT, you do not gain complete ownership of the underlying Vanta artwork. The ownership of the NFT is exclusively governed by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network. We do not possess the authority to seize, freeze, or alter ownership of any Vanta NFT at any point.
• ii. Personal Use: Subject to your continuous adherence to these Terms, Vanta Contango Inc. grants you a global, royalty-free license to display the purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes the option to use it within a marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of your Vanta NFT, ensuring the authenticity of ownership via cryptographic verification. Alternatively, you can use it within a third-party website or application, provided that the display rights are verified cryptographically and the artwork becomes invisible when the owner leaves the platform.
• iii. Commercial Use: Under no circumstances may owners of Vanta NFTs utilize the NFT or its likeness for commercial purposes. This includes repurposing the artwork for merchandise, media, or any other commercial gain.
• iv. Access: Buying and holding a Vanta NFT does not guarantee access to the full suite of Vanta products and services. The Vanta Contango Inc. team has full discretion over which NFT holders get access to any of the underlying potential benefits.
